My experience here was absolutely a 5/5. Everyone was extremely friendly and made sure to let us know what sales were going on. When my boyfriend and I purchased a couch, 3 men helped us store it in our suv. At first it didn’t fit but they gave us a free bungee cord to close the door all the way. Absolute great experience and will come again.
Manager at the Conroe store was very rude, very obnoxious and very unprofessional. He needs to be retrained on how to treat customers with respect rather than with his emotions or abuse of his position.
Fyi, 7th street is NOT a store. It's only administration offices. The store is on 242
Our Chamber members spent the entire morning painting a home for a future Habitat homeowner. The experience was truly humbling and allowed our members to bond while supporting a great cause.
I have been in here many times. Know your prices on new products before you go in. I found the prices to be at least half of what you would purchase it brand new, sometime less. Staff is great. Hey it is not Home Depot, IT IS WHAT IT IS. A charitable organization helping others.
