I was really impressed with how the staff at Trel's Home 4 Children were so kind and patient with the children in their care. It is obvious that each staff member has a heart and genuine concern for the young ladies who also seem to appreciate the staff and their efforts. It's a clean and welcoming environment that fosters growth and a sense of peace for the residents. Job well done!

My husband and I went through extensive training and paperwork for over a course of 4 months to be denied for accidentally checking the incorrect box on the application, although the information was emailed to Latenzia back in November. Also they were aware we went through other foster agencies in the past and THEY decided to consider them as denials, except for one ageny we were not denied at all. I felt like we were treated as if we had something to hide when in fact , we could have corrected a mistake back in November. Instead this agency wasted two more months of our time to tell us that we were denied. We are not upset about the denial, just wish they were forth coming with the questions they may have had about the initial application because, it was brought up and emailed there was an statement which I have proof of. For the record I don't have anything whatsoever to hide. My family and I live a pretty quiet and comfortable life and don't want anyone we know have access to the same information think we are hiding something. With that being said, I will continue giving back to the community and helping others, because that's what I'm called to do. Just thought maybe someone else would want to know don't make mistakes on the application,it's a lengthy process and they are not upfront about anything until the very end of the process. Although one of the pros is the training was informative and I learned new skills taking it that's why I gave 2 stars

This organization is wonderful! Since I've been volunteering and partnering up with TREL'S HOME this year it has truly been a blessing!! They really have a heart for what they do and it shows in the people they impact daily and the surrounding community.

Absolutely the worst, I wish no child ever had to be a part of this place!!

The staff were so accommodating and friendly.
